  Genuinely wish I wouldve done my research before signing my anything with this company. If I could give this a 0 I WOULD!For starters let em just say I felt they were very pushy to begin with, when I called my home warranty they sent these guys and I just wanted it done+(*******) insisted they could do it and they could GUARANTEE it would be done in a timely matter I agreed. Honestly, these people are horrible to work with they reach out to you only to ask about money (*****) and when you have genuine questions and concerns they are no where to be found, they charge so much just for the simplest things. Also keep in mind they try to lie to insurance companies to tell them theyve done more than they have to get more money out of them (be careful because it could really affect you the individual in the long run) The only person that was actually good and was there to actually help the customer was (**** or *********) truly loved working with him, was really a huge bummer to hear he needed to quit because the work environment was so ****** addition, the personnel on my project have been changed so many times I believe they had to hire 6 new people just form start to now and they havent even finished my project I signed my contract with them September 5 of 2024 it is now May 29 2025. Make it make sense. And for 6 of those months I had to live in a home with no ceiling, one of the bathrooms (the one that got flooded) had not been restored, I had plastic bags all over the place literally looked like ****** (yes form the show) lived in my house. I had a bunch of insect issues due to all of this and the machinery was so loud. I keep being told they will come one day and then they dont show up and its me who has to reach out to get any response. Key takeaways:Customer service *****, the people are hard to work with, they are very dismissive, greedy, terrible time management and planning skills, and clearly dont care about the customer.

  I would put 0 stars if I could. This job was a nightmare from the beginning. While yes, they did fix what they told me was a leak, it took 3 months to do a small kitchen. On top of that, I went from having 5 drawers to 1 so I had to purchase a new buffet to add more drawer space when the job was completed. They cashed a check made out to me and my mortgage company WITHOUT our signatures which I'm pretty sure constitutes fraud. In addition, they charged my insurance company for renting a pod and moving the stuff out of my kitchen to do the repairs. While they did move the 3 appliances, they did not rent a pod, the appliances were just put on the carpeted floor in my living room. My friend and I actually packed and moved all the other stuff from the kitchen in order for the work to be done. Now, they have gotten 3 more checks from the insurance company that have me listed as a co-signer but I have not heard from them so I can safely assume that they will cash those checks without a signature also. They are shady to say the least. Four months after the supposed completion of the project, I still don't have a backsplash behind the cooktop, the shelf in one of the cabinets was just left lying on the bottom of the cabinet (I had to put it in) and the window shade can no longer be put all the way down due to the trim put on the wall behind the counter tops. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. Consider this a warning to others.

  Awful experience from start to finish. The name of the company matches but the address does not, they are in ************* not ***********. 1st response took upon themselves to assign their mitigation department to our leak after just the plumbing was to be handled. After weeks of "equipment checks" and no progress, followed by our own research that we could assign whichever mitigation company we want (we were not given this choice upfront from 1st response) we asked them to pick up their equipment that was sitting ON TOP of tile floor (not even drying the subfloor) and were told that if they did we would be in breech of contract & owe them a fee. We never signed a contract but they insisted we did. We asked to see a copy, and to this day they could never produce our "signed contract". Talk about a scam. They also NEVER answer the phone, nearly impossible to get ahold of and if you do, they are rude. We had no water for 2 weeks and were told they needed our renovation to be complete before they would install the hot water heater. Every ******************* company we have talked to since says this is the first time they have heard of that and it is not true, they should have installed a temp set while we were doing the renovation.
