  The best decision anyone could make would be to hire R M roofing to fix their roof. They are timely, honest, and professional. I would highly recommend this company for domestic and professional businesses like ours.

  I recently called RM Roofing and scheduled an appointment for an estimate to fix a roof leak we had and the following week they fixed our problem. ***** and his crew were prompt and efficient.

  I highly advise not seeking business with RM Roofing. Our condo complex had one of our roofs redone with RM Roofing. In the process and aftermath, RM Roofing:1. Removed our condo gutters and did not replace them. This has resulted in water intrusion into the side of our buildings during the heavy rainstorms in January-March 2023. Any reasonable roofing company would reinstall pre-existing gutters as the finishing touches of their work.2. Lack accountability to their signed contract and are uncooperative in providing our HOA board members (who are authorized to view the contractual clauses) with the executed copy of the agreement.3. Refused to provide a solution to the above, other than seeking a quote with them for new gutters, which is unreasonable. We need our gutters installed back in place according to how they were installed beforehand. If resolution is not found via RM Roofing's replacement of our gutters, I will not be surprised. Their customer service and effort to make-do have been poor and I do not recommend them.

  Did not complete work on contract for ****************** RM removed old rain gutters when replacing roof, but did not re-install them or install new gutters. RM roofing was paid in full. Upon winter rains, drain problems and damage arose from incomplete work per contract. RM Roofing refuses to contact Cherokee Point HOA for contractual work finalization or even good faith workmanship. This, even though the *** has POC for HOA on site to contact.***** of RM did not follow up on customer satisfaction with HOA or any of the five homeowners affected by his companys workmanship. Leading homeowners and HOA to believe he hides behind all referrals to be made soley and only through the *** rather than honoring contract on all work to be completed. To this date 27 March 2023 no gutters have been returned, replaced not installed on the Cherokee **************.

  Good Afternoon ********, Work performed at ****************** was successfully completed as specified on the signed agreement between RM Roofing and your former management office. The re-roof was completed and a final walk through was done with the responsible party at that moment. We did recommend to install new gutters however, your former management office never proceeded with requesting a quote and/or approving this additional gutter work. If we do not have a request for new gutters, we will not quote them, and if we do not have a signed agreement, we will not install them. If you understand this process, you will also understand that we will not proceed with any unauthorized change order, and we are not the company you should be approaching.According to this and other reviews you have posted, you stated that the gutters cost 10K but these were never quoted by us. Also, you stated that we never returned your calls, however, we don't have any missed emails or calls on your behalf. In fact, we first heard from you until you posted the yelp review on 3/27/23. Therefore, we believe that your dissatisfaction towards RM Roofing, **** is unfounded.We are sorry to hear you are going through this situation but Im under the impression that the problem is between your former management party and your HOA team. If you feel they didnt satisfy your needs and there is or was any promised pending work, it must be immediately resolved through them directly without trying to damage our image. We just heard last week from your new management office and have invited them to work together if interested. We will gladly meet and go over our procedures and if they need us to quote the additional work we will be happy to help. We are a private company and independent from any other management company, a family-owned local business consisting of hardworking people, and our top priority is always customer satisfaction. We kindly ask you to remove the reviews you have posted in our multiples pages as these are affecting our business with no fair judgement.
