    I had a reservation to camp at Pirates cove resort on November 17, 2023 till November 23, 2023. I had already pre paid ($583.15) when I booked in October 15, 2023 I called on November 9 and spoke with **** and told her I was going to need to cancel due to the passing of my mother in law. She stated she could offer me a on time fee of ***** to cancel and if I could come up with another date to reschedule up to a year out within a week. She advised me she put notes in the computer. I called back again on Noveber 27, 2023 and spoke with ****** and he told me that the site was indeed used by someone in our party which was not true, since it was only my husband and 2 daughters with me going. I told him there is no way that anyone attended from our party. I told him I had cancelled it with Shae. He said he was working with her the following friday which was December 1, 2023. I received no call back once again. I called back December 4, 2023 and spoke with **** and she apologized to me and was no aware I was auppse to get a call back. She said she works with him again tomorrow and they would get to the bottom of this. Again, I got no call back. I called back and spoke with ****** and he said he talked to corporate and they said there is nothing they can do to help me out and that I would not be getting any kind of refund. I have reached out several other times, I have asked for corporates number all I get is this *******************. On there website it clearly states easy cancellations, all I get is the run around.
