    Dropped truck off on 12/11/2024, agreed on $1000 estimate for repairs needed on my 2016 ****** Tundra. Naval stated truck would be ready Friday 12/13/2024, upon calling he said he hasnt worked on it and needed me to send the $1000 first in order for him to order parts and that the estimate will actually rise to $1600.Transaction of $1000 sent through Zelle 12/13/2024. Agreed on paying the $600 upon completion of the *********** called in 12/19/2024 that the truck was ready. Arrived and he confirmed that he completed the repairs Transaction cash of $600 given on 12/19/2024 at roughly 6pm (dark)Upon arriving to a gas station well lit up, I inspected the truck to ensure that repairs were done and parts were purchased. Nothing was done. Nothing was changed. Engine light still on, truck still shaken, lean still visible. I was charge $1600 for my truck sitting in the lot for a week (causing me to have to get a rental) and the truck not even being fixed. The shop also broke my hood latch and he stated they would replace it and fix it but he is now dodging my calls and texts , I go to the shop and its always closed. I need my full money back (1600) and for them to fix the hood latch that they broke. List of repairs included fixing a suspension lean on driver side, replace left leaf spring, replace tie rods to prevent shaking, address engine light.
