      Company is engaging in predatory towing. They are very prejudice and discrimatory. They took my car that was on as I stepped into the sitters house to get my child not even 5 minutes and they took my car with my phone purse and diaper bag in there. They are very rude and unprofessional. They had my car In there possession for less than 30 minutes and charged me 430 dollars to get it back.

      ********* tow company. I show up to help a friend, park where I've been told it's okay to park, get towed. Get charged for a days storage despite the vehicle only being on their possession for a few hours. Plus gate fee and after open business hours fee makes it $580. Dirty business, dirty tactics.

      I brought my truck to my sisters to pick up an old mattress and a couple other things. Had the mattress loaded up and went back for some more things and came out and my truck was gone. It was parked in front of my sisters house. My sister went to the managers office and she laughed and said a tow truck took it. She finally said what tow company took it. Drove down to get it and they charged me ****** to get my truck back. I dont know what kind of scam is going on with this company but they have a lot of bad reviews. Very predatory behavior.

      They are extremely rude.All they want is money money .i have pneumonia and they people towed my vehicle while sick imagine how I felt about this .i give them zero starts

      I wish I could give zero. How this company has not been looked into by the state, I'm unsure! They illegally tow cars, illegally towed my car. Then when it came to trying to get it back, they made it difficult and tried to keep it over night to get more money. They are out in the middle of nowhere, business name is not openly visible. Tell you that you can only pay in cash. They have no ATM machine and tell you to walk down the street to go get it. Down the street was over an hour away. They are rude, they wouldn't disclose the companies license to operate. I believe this company is operating and doing illegal tows.

      This is one of the worst companies that I have ever seen in my entire life. I wish this place gets closed soon. Cheating people by towing their cars and making money out of that will do no good for you or for your next generation.*****, he really need to learn some customer service skills. Its a shame that people like these run such kind of business by sitting infront of a computer and showing attitude for no reason. If possible I could give 0 stars.

      This company is engaged in predatory towing practices. They towed my car from my apartment complex and when I showed them the parking permit, they insisted it was not visible and despite the fact I stay in the apartment, they insisted I pay $425 before my car was released. They are very rude and they are terrible scammers. They should be closed down, because they are criminals.

      We currently live at city view apartments in ******* and woke up to our vehicle gone! I call to ask for the vehicle and ask why it was towed. Well they claim it was in the "wrong parking spot" mind you we have been parking in the space spot for over TWO YEARS! They tell me to bring proof that it's my spot so that's what I do when I am there they then say they need to confirm with the apartment manager that it is our spot( they could have just said this when I called it seems like they thought I was lying about it being our spot)! So I have to leave and come back AGAIN! Meanwhile no one will compensate the time I did not work. Well it turns out it was our spot !!! And they gave us back our car for "FREE"!!! Yet we missed work because of all of this and but thankfully we got a FREE tow!This is honestly the most ridiculous and stupid thing! I don't understand how a tow company can tow your car from a parking spot that you are paying for! They honestly need to do better and learn to do actual business instead of trying to take advantage of people and rip them off

      Liars, Rude, Disrespectful car jackers. The manger customer relations skills none existent.His mouth!! Make me want to take Bubba to see him.Straight car jackers you pay them to get your belongings back.Car towed because someone called. Who why it was legally parked registered. No answer just You dont know me. Wow!
