    I hired them on 5/10/2023 to build a professionally designed website. However, they could not produce a beautiful professionally designed website. The skills of the designers are very amateur and I couldn't believe what they were passing off to me as professional. I expressed my dissatisfaction continuously but I continuously went unheard and ignored. One look at the website they designed for me and I knew they were frauds because there are certain things a professional designer would never pass off as good design.After weeks of going back and forth, I finally asked for a refund because it became too stressful. At first they refused to give me a refund. Then on 6/28/2023, they agreed and sent an email saying the refund was processed. Only 3 weeks later and still no refund, I found out they lied. They told me their payment system isn't working and told me to file a dispute with my bank in order to get my money back, which is a lengthy process that could end up with me having to start all over in a few months. Which they knew and tried to capitalize on. When they sent me on this dispute ***********, they tried to have my review removed from Trust Pilot because they said it was "effecting their business." Never mind doing right by a dissatisfied customer and simply giving me the refund they said they would. I reached out again and **** from the company said he'd give me the refund via a wire transfer. After I gave him the wire information, he sent an email saying he would only give me a refund if I removed my review from Trust Pilot, which I don't trust because they were supposed to had processed my refund back in June, but lied.I feel bullied and strong-armed into removing my honest review about my experience with them in order to receive my money back.They sent me to Trust Pilot to win my trust because they have fake reviews, but then when I put my review on Trust Pilot they are doing everything, including refusing my refund, to get me to remove it.
