    I've been working with this company for over a year on building a website. I have paid them thousands of dollars and now ALL contacts are blocked. I requested a full invoice for services I've paid and every email and phone contact is no longer available. This is unacceptable.

    On 3/14/23 after searching in Internet for a company to create and manage my web site I contacted Web Expert LLC located in CA. I spoke to sells team and I agreed to pay $626 for creating my web site. I was promised that I will have the web site up and running in 1 month. My main contact person was *************** at Web Expert LLC.After exchanging couple of email regarding the content of the web site I was contacted by **** to also do the marketing portion of the web site along with the search engine optimization with their company and pay additional fee. I agreed to this because It made sense to me to use same people that create the site to also promoted it. Couple eeks later I was contacted by ****** to also include Voice Search for ***** and Siri which I agreed to include in my marketing strategy. Since I start working with Web Expert LLC, I pay total of $9679 for which only $626 is for developing the site, the rest of the money is for promoting it and bring it on ****** page 1 for search. As of today, my website is not showing on the first 5 pages of ****** search, it is NOT listed on the ****** Map, it is NOT working properly (contact tab on the web does not collect and send the customer information to me). I brought those issues to **** multiple times over the last 5 month but no success yet. Every time I receive empty promises how they will fix everything and nothing gets done. I spoke to another person from Web Expert 2 week ago ****************** who assured me he will take care of my problems but again no results. It seems that every person I talk to from this company is trained to make promises and no delivery. At this point I feel that I've been scammed by Web Expert LLC and charged almost $10,000 for lazy job. I am attaching the correspondence I have with **** for you to review but unfortunately I don't have recordings of our phone calls.
