    It is never my intention to leave a bad review unless I feel it is warranted and in this case Conejo restoration I called for a water damage mold quote was a complete nightmare of mishaps and unprofessionalism in my subjective opinion. In a nutshell charged $231.73 non-refundable to try and lock you in. Promised a window to arrive and did not arrive until 1 hour 15 min late inconveniently effecting my time and plans due to their mixup fo going to wrong place first. Arrived and spent maybe 20 min not really evaluating the mold much taking some pictures and measurements, When boiler plate quote arrived pictures sent were from another house and unprofessional others of his arm showing moisture reading and my wife working at her desk nothing of the damage I needed. Scott charged me again for service call of $207.19 in quote after already billing me for wasted visit. Kept saying had to take furniture out so quote had to be higher which I took out myself days later. Joked he should give me 10% discount for being late which he says he added but his quote was $600 or more higher than other quotes I had to get with my discomfort of using Conejo Restoration. Scott’s phone kept ringing at our visit distracting him from doing the quote. The visit was unprofessional and S**** and K** the person on phone you talk to refused as a courtesy to refund the initial $231.73 for all their mistakes and my valuable time wasted and frustration they caused. Really bad customer service and I could never recommend them to anybody.
