      WARNING ABOUT THE SLEEP SHOPPE – NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE.
      They don't even deserve 1 star.
      In Sept I purchased a bed from the Sleep Shoppe on Erringer. When I was in the store spending lots of money on my new bed I received great customer service. The nightmare began when they delivered my new bed and destroyed my retractable screen door. I found out the hard way that The Sleep Shoppe uses a delivery service, independent from them for all of their deliveries. The delivery service they use are completely incompetent and lack the basic furniture moving skills. The 2 delivery guys didn’t have the strength to carry my 300lb bed frame over my front door threshold. They didn’t have the common sense to lift the bedframe off the furniture mover dolly, so they dragged the dolly with the frame over my retractable screen door frame and destroyed it.
      I called The Sleep Shoppe to let them know about the damage and I expected them to fix or replace the door. I was brushed off by The Sleep Shoppe after spending a lot. They pushed me off on their delivery contractor and I haven’t heard a word from The Sleep Shoppe again.
      it is now 11/18 and I am still without a screen door. I have gotten the run around by this company, I am not their customer so why should they care. They finally ordered and received my screen door and it was supposed to be installed the week of 11/11, I have heard nothing. I followed up for what feels like the millionth time, with no response. Yes, it is 2 months later, and I am still dealing with this.
      Bottom line…The Sleep Shoppe is eager to sell to you, but once they have collected your money, they are done with you. If you have no problems, you would never know how badly they treat their customers. I tell everyone I know not to purchase from them and what a nightmare I have had. I am so sorry that I ever did business with them and will never go near that store again.
