    In the latter part of November Sean Overbeck CEO/Salesperson refused to accept my telephone calls, refused to return calls, or answer emails. I do not know why he acted as he did. He became very short and curt with me at the end. It was at this time I mentioned that I was eighty years old taking on what would be my last project of this size.
    After spending so much of my savings I expect to be treated as a valued customer, not as a pariah. His actions have caused me undue duress and stress as I cannot talk about my orders or issues. As a business this makes no sense. The California Department of Consumer Affairs stipulates the action of Tandem Solar is unacceptable.

    We are very sorry that Mr. G******* does not have a good feeling about Tandem Solar after our interactions with him.  As with all of our customers we tried to treat him with patience and respect.  Occasionally, as with any business, we are flooded with phone calls.  We were not always immediately available to take Mr. Gizowski’s phone calls, but we do our best to return phone calls in a timely manner.  Mr G******* took this as a slight and became abusive with our sales staff.  We have many customers of all ages, sexes, ethnicities, and backgrounds from all across the United States, and we appreciate all of them.  I have asked him multiple times if there are any solar questions that we didn’t answer for him.  The only replies have been about how we treated him poorly.  I am still open to discussing any solar related questions Mr. G******* has, but he only seems interested in berating our staff with negativity and obscenities.
