      On July 11, 2024. I overpaid $82.91. For what i thought i was going to get a water filter kit with free regular water filter plus an alkaline water filter. I was informed only the alkaline filter and the empty dispenser without the free regular water filter was shipped. Upon finding this out i wanted to return/refund my purchase and was told to pay out of pocket the return shipping and nothing mentioned about a refund. Please help me as a senior citizen on fixed income with this cruel company policy and greedy sales/commission person.

      Hello. 
      We apologize for any inconvenience and confusion our customer may have had. We explained to her clearly that the price for the product was the total amount if she wished to replace the default 5mic cartridge for a more advanced cartridge, in this case, the alkaline cartridge. She understood that she was getting a much better-quality cartridge INSTEAD of the 5mic, but not as an additional cartridge. 
      When she called us to bring this complaint, we offer to send the 5mic cartridge if she is willing to pay the shipping cost and handling fee, of only 12.00 dls. The regular price for this is 29.00dls. She declined to accept the offer. 
      We do not offer free returns. If she wishes to return the item, she can do so by shipping it back to us. Once we have the product, upon inspection, we can refund the total of her purchase, but she has to pay for the shipping cost of the return.

      The business committed to providing a Filter replacement at $49.00. P**** ***** informed D****** ******** that she was eligible to receive a set of pots valued at over $2,000 at no cost, she would only have to pay $275.00 for shipping. D****** ******** did not accept the offer. P**** ***** proceeded to submit the order. D****** ******** is a 94 year old lady living on a fixed budget. There was a person at the house that witnessed D****** ******** saying No to the offer. Due to P**** *****’s actions, D****** ********’s account is now negative $106.16. We called P**** ***** to resolve the issue. She was rude and refused to help. P**** ***** said that regardless if the pots were returned, the company would not credit the $275.00.

      D****** ******** is requesting a refund of $275.00.

      We have talked to Mrs. B*******, she made us aware of the situation and she feels about it. We agreed to send a pre-paid return label to her domicile address, and she will return the package to our warehouse via UPS.

      Once the package is back in our possession, we will issue a full refund to her credit card.

      We apologize for any misunderstandings and miscommunication from our representative.
