Date of service : April 02, 2024 I signed the online contract for Lawyers Limited for Asset Protection for the properties. After finding out that they do not have a physical office for me to come , I decided to call back to cancel the service. They avoid me and keep the money . I did not even provide the properties deed or information ( thus I do not understand how they form the *** without the information) but they claimed they provided the full service and I since signed the contract, thus my bank can not reverse the charge on my credit card.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
1. Lawyers Limited never acquired any of the deeds of the properties nor the physical addresses of all three properties. My question is how can they proceed with the forming of LLC for those properties?
2. I am not the owner of these properties, so the contract is not legal.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to this matter. First and foremost, we recognize the client's concerns and take client satisfaction seriously and strive to provide the highest level of service, so we appreciate the chance to address this situation.
The client requested establishment of companies and trusts as outlined in our contract. We delivered these items exactly as specified. It is important to note that in order to form an LLC, it is not necessary to see a deed to a property. In addition, we paid nonrefundable government fees and nonrefundable attorney fees on behalf of the client. These costs were incurred specifically to complete his order. These are tailormade documents crafted under the written instruction of the client. They are no generic items that can be easily placed back on shelf and resold to someone else. Once the funds were spent to fulfill the order, the funds are irrecoverable.
Now, the client has raised concerns, claiming the structure is "illegal" because he does not own the properties he planned to transfer into these LLCsthese properties are owned by his wife. While we understand this may be a challenging situation for him, ordering LLC formation and the matter of ownership between the client and his spouse are two a separate issue. The latter is beyond the scope of the services we provided and should be address with his spouse.
That said, we value the client relationship and aim to be both respectful and supportive. We encourage the client to reach out directly to discuss this matter further with our attorney. Our goal is to fully understand his concerns, so that we can explore options to find a solution that may be satisfactory to him and reasonable under these circumstances. In our prior reply, we offered for the client to call us so we can work out a mutually satisfactory solution. To date, we have not received such a call, yet remain open to hearing from the client.

I hired Limited Lawyers (LL) about 3 years ago to do the following ffr me:- Company Set up in Nevis - Create offshore trust in ************ *********** was set up. That was the first requirement to set up the Cook trust. Although they started working on it, they referred me to their partner - a trust company in the ************ that - upon research, was not something I could identify as a legit company and requested addition information. ** eventually provided clarification and provided contact to talk to the company. I set up calls multiple times and the trust company never showed up so I can talk to. them. After several attempts and month I contacted LL and told them that this will not work and that I want a refund. They refused. So I contacted them again a few weeks later - after more research from my side - to continue the process, get a new trust company etc etc... For months I have not heard from LL but I kept emailing. Eventually I called and was assigned a new account manager at End of 2023. Since then I have been working with him to set up the trust but this person now wants to set up additional company in the **, move assets in the US companies, and move those company to the Cook Trust etc. These are extra expenses, administration and not what I signed up for. I am requesting my money back for the ********** creation. They are refusing. Part of why I do not want to work with this company is the lack of transparency around cost, no great communication etc and lack of trust in the :lawyers" they have provided me with so far. Further, the company failed to update me on renewal costs and dates for the company they set up for me in *****, did not deliver the documents I needed for opening a bank account (what I paid for) as well as 2 years after the company was established the Company registration Entity in Nevis is still missing documents and signatures from us. We have a lot of cleaning up to do there.Business Response

Please call and talk with our head attorney and our head of customer service so we can get you taken care of as soon as possible. Thank you for the response,e however at this point I am no longer interested in working with your company on anything and demanding full refund for all amounts paid for the services to create a trust in the *************
3 years into this and 3 attempts from my side to get this addressed and the service was still not delivered. The document you delivered is a standard template with not even the correct names and details I provided to you in your questionnaires.
Considering the quality of work so far, as well as the services (or lack thereof) you provided for the company creation in Nevis, lack of communication, continuous changes to the approach from what I purchased, I am done with your company. I have informed you at least 3 times now that I no longer with to work with you and demand an immediate refund.
Should this not happen, I will be forced to report you to the police for fraud and also take legal actions.
Lets make this an amicable split by you refunding all money for the trust fund creation, we part our ways and we no longer conduct business or will ever engage in any business or communication.

I have done thorough research of your situation.
1. You placed your order on June 7, 2022.
2. You sent us scanned copies of your legally required due diligence on August 23, 2022.
3. 100% of the work has been completed for you on our side and delivered to you on on August 30, 2022. Your company was filed and shipped to you. The trust was drafted and sent to you for your signatory.
Not only this, but we gave you a $2500 living trust for free.
The only part that was missing is that you needed to send original documents as legally required and as we told you in wring up front. You send us scanned copies but did not send the original as the law requires. We asked you repeatedly for them.
So, in all respect it has not been three years. We completed for you immediately after you placed your order.
And I say this with the deepest respect, the only thing that has taken substantial time is your part of the requirements.
We spent a substantial amount of time and money to complete your order and we completed our part of the work. Only your part is missing.
We were very kind to you and went overboard to help you. This type of repose is quite unusual for us.
We take full responsibility for completing the order, and we have done so. We can never retrieve the very expensive government fees and attorney fees we had to pay to fulfill your order.
Again, we stand open receiving a call from you to address any further issues.
