    I recently started the process for my Global Entry. I had a wonderful experience. It was very easy to do and my interview process was also very organized. ***** was wonderful in explaining on how to sign up. Thanks ***********************

    I can't begin to say enough good things about the help I received. I believed I contacted Emma * three times asking for some help. She was very prompt with her reply and I felt that she really wanted to be of service to me. I know I could not have done it with out her. So glad that such a nice lady is working for global entry.     My husband and I were renewing our Global Entry cards and fior some reason after my husband set up his application for renewal, when he tried to get back in, he was unable. We worked on it and followed instructions but nothing worked on our end our contact was **************** I emailed her with our problem With my husbands application. She answered immediately and was wonderful in helping us get the application approved and also helping him activate his new card. We were at a loss and she was so nice and customer friendly, knowledgeable , and just a wonderful person. Thank you **************** for all your help!
