I was sold a "top of the line italian toilet," and required to pay up front $4000.00 by the owner of the company *** ******. Then for 8 months the owner provided excuse after excuse, ending with a cheap replacement toilet and a macerator that doesn't work. use this company.

I have contacted the office and talk to someone there and they forwarded me some information to review regarding this complaint. The client sent an email stating that he was withdrawing his complaint because the project was completed satisfactory as per the work order. Obviously he did not do what he said he was going to do with BBB. I will follow up on this in the next 48 hours when I have the documents to back up what I need to send.

In January I paid Coast Marine $1,200 for them to order a part for my Uline fridge that was malfunctioning. I followed up with them via text and phone and email to only be told that the part is on back order. On April 24 when I asked the status they said - I will call them tomorrow and follow up with an email and ask for a better timeline.I reached out again May 1 and no response. I am beyond frustrated because when I call they put me to voicemail and all my emails have gone unresolved. I have included all the text messages asking for a refund or update and crickets on their end.

Coast Marine gave me a quote on 11/2/22 to fix our davit so that we can move our dinghy onto the top of our boat. I gave them the $3850 down that they required on 11/9/22. It is now May and they haven't finished the davit. He told me over a month ago that he had received the parts and would take care of it, but that has not occurred. He has been negligent in replying to my queries and now no longer responds at all. All that I can see that has been done is that he has removed parts of my davit and taken them with him.

Thank you for your email. The line is still broken. The hook and weight are in the dinghy on the top of my boat. The control is in the cockpit area just on the other side of the door. Its unfortunate that you hadnt informed me that you had done anything to get the crane fixed. I had begun to try to find someone else to fix it, but had not had success yet. I had sent you a request for an update but had not received one.

It seems that it isn;t your work that is the problem, but your communication to your customers. That causes frustration. If the crane gets fixed acceptably, I will remove or update my review (I don't know how yelp works).

    Thank you.

I hired business to repair the bow hook on my fishing boat. I paid the said business $1,000.00 USD as a deposit (in the form of 2 direct Zelle payments from my ***** Fargo acct); paid directly to the owner *******************. Weeks pass and I never get any update, and there is no action on the repair. I begin to call, text, and email *** for over a year!! I end up being able to fix the boat myself so it was no longer a pressing issue. In the spirit of fairness, I have been visiting Coast Marine's place of business in ************* in attempt to get my $1,000.00 back. I have plead to *** in person inside his garage workshop with all of my documentation in hand without any success. The first visit really caught him off guard and he said he would look into the information and didn't remember. He promised to call me with the information from his end - he did not, so I went back to see him two weeks later. During that second visit, he took down my address and said after he spoke with "accounting" he would send my money...he did not. Two weeks later I visited a 3rd time and during this visit he argued with me and said he probably fabricated $1000 worth of parts and just didn't install them. Total b.s. is what I said to him and he knows it. I need help because I was robbed. My last visit to *** was October 24, 2022.Coast Marine, *** Owner: ******************* phone: ************ email: *************************************************
