I downloaded software and received subscription costs that I did not know was going to happen. The business is not following their refund policy for full refund within 30 and 60 days if certain criteria of request methods were followed. I followed all the required steps but Advanced Systems Repair ( ASR) will not refund my money nor will they respond to my repeated requests.Business Response

** Sept 19 I received a charge of $60.40 on my Bank account from Paddle.inc. It appears that I purchased a piece of software from Advanced System Repair. I never received a download link or an acknowledgment of purchase. I contacted Advanced System Repair about this and they made no effort to resolve this issue. Today I was attempting to remove Yahoo from my computer. I saw & read the add for Advanced Repair Pro software and was interested, I paid (total) $53.76 for the software. After the download, a screen came up instructing me to call a phone number to activate the software (AnyTech365's phone number). Instead of installing the software the representitive kept at me to purchase a long-term service contract, ofter stating the Advance System Repair Pro was (1) not needed, and (2) not that good of a product. Everytime time I'd get a notivce from the software of a problem needed fixing, i'd say yes to the fix and only receive an ad requesting I spend more money on system updates for a system that looks good but does nothing. The only comments from the AnyTech365 reps were about buying their service contracts. The entire thing, while it might be quite sound, smells. Advanced System Repair Pro doesn't advertise the facts that an AnyTec365 rep will not help with installation and will only attempt to sell you a service contract for immediate payment, nor does the Advance System Repair Pro software package tell you that in order to get anything down you are going to pay through the nose. Further, the ** security company I am already using says that their monitoring software shows none of the problems allegedly found by the Advance System Repair Pro software and referenced repeatedly by the AnyTech365 reps who were more concerned about getting my money than helping me (1) install purchased software, or (2) doing anything other than pressure-selling a dubious product. They calim to have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed money back policy. I would like the entire purchase price returned to my GO2Bank account and all of the Advance System Repair Pro/AnyTech365 software removed from my computer. Thank you.Business Response

On 11th June 2022 I downloaded software and was charged $53.91 Receipt # ********-48095585. I thought this was a one time charge. The software did not resolve anything. I just accepted the fact that this software was not the answer to the problem. Subsequently I was just charged $54.91 on 11th September 2022 Receipt # ********-48095587. On 14 Sept 2022 I used the "bot" my only option to cancel this unwanted subscription. I received an email with 2 options. Start a ticked for support, and a link. I do not need or want support. The link led me to a cancel button that led me to a number that doesn't work. This is a nightmare. Please help. I just want to cancel!Business Response

On August 10, 2022 I contacted Advanced System Repair to help diagnose my computer problems. A pop-up ad appeared offering me the software trial for $13.97. I downloaded and then had a call from a **** ************************** He remotely took over my computer and as a result expressed I had numerous malware, a trojan horse, etc. He quoted me a price to clean my computer. I informed him I could not afford at this time. Shortly later I was in my bank account and saw a charge from "Paddle.com' for $44.53. It also stated I was enrolled in a subscription with a recurring charge of 50 plus dollars every few months. I immediately went into my PayPal account and cancelled the subscription. I also called Paddle right away. They informed me that my order number , ******** was purchased from Advanced System Repair and to contact them directly. I contacted them and was instructed to fill out a ticket and then with in so many days I would get a full refund. Ihave received no confirmation or any communication. I called again and was instructed to fill, out another ticket for a refund. I filled it out again on August 17th 2022, Reference NO 3D7-2A8FB840-000C. Again, I received no confirmation, email, or phone call. Since then I have tried contacting them again unsuccessfully. I get put on hold for long periods only to be disconnected after waiting. I did not authorize this amount and I most certainly did not subscribe for their product. I do not want the product and would like my refund as indicated in their policy.Business Response
