    I bought the product because of promises made and highly favorable reviews. Now I see that there are verbatim identical reviews on multiple supposed independent sites. Didn't fix the problem I had and created new ones. Supports' only suggestion is to restore my system to before installation. No effort even made to diagnose issues. Clearly they know it's useless software. BEWARE.

    Very sketchy place to do business with, I had assumed being rated highly with the BBB that they would be pleasant to deal with. Was I sooo wrong. Even trying to get ahold of customer support they're always rude and will hang up on you when you want to cancel and request a refund. I'm not impressed at all with this service and by reading the reviews, I'm no different than the other many individuals who are being scammed. They've even added charges I didn't ask for.

    I purchased this product in the hope that it would resolve some of my PC problems and am now completely disenchanted by the product as the company in my opinion fraudulently obtained more than the offered cost through dodgy advertising on their home page.I have the same issue as ******* M 05/08/2022 where the product is advertised at $17.97 then billed at $49.00 failing to mention at any stage that the $17.97 is per month and their minimum use/charge is for 3 months.Dodgy practice signifying a dodgy company in my opinion would not recommend them to anyone no matter how good their product was.I have tried in a lengthy support contact with them to resolve and this has come to nothing.Dissappointing to say the least.
