    I received 2 voicemails saying to contact a mediation **** about a pending lawsuit. When I returned the call they immediately knew who I was without even asking me anything. Said I owed for a credit card money on an emerge Mastercard from. 2004. Which I have no recollection of and they would not provide me any proof. Only Said it was sealed documents only could be viewed in court. Threatened to put a lien against my vehicle, wages , and bank account. I ended up giving them my credit card info and they have taken money from me. I think this company may have scammed me

    This company calls themselves towering consulting group and they used the phone number **************. They called my mother with brain cancer several times and left threating voice messages. She brought her phone to me to let me investigate. They said she would be taken to court, that they were lawyers, she would receive a summons, this is urgent, and she needed to call back. Since I have POA I called them because what the actual F***! I told them clearly, I was not my mom, I gave them my name, and i wasn't even using her phone number I used mine, and I gave them my mother's **** name not even her legal first name. They proceeded to tell me that my mom had opened a line of credit years ago from a bank I've never heard of in an amount of $2000. I told them that was impossible because my mother worked and lived abroad in that time, but they insisted. I even informed them that the limitation in my state for debts is 7 years. I told them to go ahead and send the summons i look forward to seeing you in court you will not receive a dime from me or her ever.As they continued to threaten me with lawsuits, I googled this company and found that this is in fact a scam. I told them they were scamming us and how i knew. As i pointed out that this was a scam the only rebuttal they had was " well i am looking at our website now, so we are legit" and I replied "ma'am i have made a website, it costs nothing to make, for a good one you pay a few thousand. that doesn't make you a real company." i informed them i would report and harass them as much as possible until someone found these people. beware of Tower consulting group they will call you over and over leave terrible messages threatening to take your stuff, garnish wages, take you to court, send you to jail, the list goes on. It's not real don't fall for it! they try to pressure and scare you into paying money.

    Called saying I owed a Sprint bill from 2006 and they were trying to serve me to send me to jail. Called Sprint, who says I have no outstanding bill, called bank and stopped payment on the check sent over the phone. Called them back and they will not give me their address over the phone. BUT I'm supposed to give someone my credit card? ****** said do not pay them. **** said FRAUD ALERT. MAKE THEM SEND YOU PAPERWORK. YOU CALL THEM BACK AND VERIFY WHO THIS IS. I can guarantee they will dodge any questions you ask about them. They sound very legit BUT the information they have can be found anywhere on the internet. Told them to *** me, I'll pay the judge BUT 2006 is far over the statute of limitations IF I even owe this which I doubt.

    They called trying to claim I would be getting served for a civil suit with no information from **** of what it was and with who then sent me a document with my signature on it.

    On Nov 16,2022 I received a phone call from a third party stating theyre calling to settle a debt on behalf of *********** credit card. $1500 was the amount settled and I paid over the phone and even did the doc u sign for the transaction and I have the receipt still. They never applied the amount to the past debt and I contacted *********** and they said they never heard of them and that the only settle directly there for no third party. I contacted TCG and they said they sent it but Im getting the run around and Im out of $1500 to a scam
