    05/06/24 1. Concern *************** completed x-rays and oral exam. *************** verbally recommended two root canals for number 8 and 9, 4 big fillings to replace all fillings because there are cavities underneath the silver fillings, and a deep cleaning.2. *************** informed me she billed my insurance and my co-pay for the deep cleaning is $284.00 with discount for $200. *************** said she has a special tool to complete a deep cleaning in 45 minutes. 4. *************** was 45 mins late to the office. 05/13/24 1. *************** was late to the office again about 45 mins.2. ***************** exam room I was in had dried ****** gauze, I brought it to ******* (receptionists attention). She said, Sorry and pick up the dried ****** gauze, did not disinfected the area. At this point I was nervous and should have left.5. When leaving I notice there was dried blood from another patient everywhere in the room. I was disguised. 6. I ask *************** if the root canal was completed. She informed me yes. Made an appointment for the 2nd root canal for 05/20/24, and crown placement on 06/3/24. She also went to go reapply makeup during the middle of the root canal. I notice she left the room with fresh makeup on her face. 05/20/24 I went to ******* for 2nd opinion.1. I learned nothing has been billed to my insurance company Blue Shield by ***************. She was referred to me by Blue Shield. 2. I learn there is no special tool for deep cleaning to reduce the time to 45 mins 3. I learn I dont need deep cleaning 4. I learn there was no evidence of deep cleaning done by ***************.5. I learn I did not need two root canals and 4 fillings. I do not have any cavities. 6. I learn tooth 9 was an incomplete root canal. I confronted *************** and she said, it was not completed because it was too inflected. 8. When I ask *************** for a refund she blocked me and ask me not to text her.
