    We paid HOI Solutions $999 to create a website in 2023 see attached contract. They then asked for us to provide a large amount of information to create the site. We initially told them that it would take quite a while to gather all the data. *** from HOI made 3 or 4 follow-up calls asking for the information and trying to up-sell us to a $10,000 site. I learned that my health was not good and that I would be shutting down the business. I contacted HOI via e-mail and requested a refund. They denied that anything was owed a refund despite the contract stating that Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing 15 days prior written notice to the other only based on noncompliance and non-delivery of the project and service stated. Paid amount will be refunded if the services promised are not delivered on termination of the agreement.

    I contracted with HOI Solutions to build a custom CRM software that was supposed to *********** months to complete. It has been over 2 years and still no completion date in sight. The developer and business as a whole is not responding to any of my communication attempts. I have paid them over $15,000 to date. They have been extremely unprofessional over the duration of this project and terrible at communication. They committed to a project they are obviously underqualified and understaffed to handle. I do NOT recommend anyone hire this company!

    The company was supposed to create a website for me. They used strong arm sales techniques to convince me to go with them. I advised them that I didn't have time to call them on regular basis I was promised 100% money back guarantee and 100% satisfaction guarantee. I'm not satisfied and simply want a refund at this point no other solution will be adequate.

    They kept contacting me about doing a website for me. After several contacts I gave in n paid them $300 for a membership website. Agreement said it would be completed in 5 days. After numerous bs and after 3 weeks I asked for my money back. They refused and my Credit Card refused to charge back original charge.

    I found HOI Solutions online in Feb, 2023 when I was looking for a *** to generate a website for my new small business, Simply Amazing Designs. HOI Solutions seemed to be a good fit. 3/15/2023 $100.00 was paid. 4/24/2023 $250.00 was paid. 6/5, $360.00 was paid. I was told it would take about 6 weeks to complete. Through the process I was assigned two account managers, **** and then ***. I have attached conversations with *** as he was the last account manager and this was during the time that I started to have reservations about the company as he was not contacting me regularly and little to no work was visible during this time as the attached text messages show. I became very concerned and wrote the attached letter and sent to a few people that worked at HOI Solutions. ****, CEO of *** wrote me to say she would investigate. Time passed and I did not hear from her. So I reached out and we had a very long conversation and she kept saying the website is finished. It is and was not finished and *** only started to work to try to finished it after they received my email. **** would not talk to me and had ********************* (?) speak to me and he promised to get me a full refund with in about ***** days. I did not get anythng. No call and no money. I call and text several times before he calls back. We talk and he says he will refund $250 and the website is finished. It still is not finished. I see the pictures have finally been uploaded within that month that I was waiting for my refund. They want to give me $250.00 and still work with me to finish it. "To make it right" as **** said. I should not base the work of the company on one person. He continued to tell me he stands by his word. Nobody in this company stands by their word. They always say they will return calls and they don't. They work on your project only when you text for an update or you call, or better, you send a long letter requesting a refund. I do not want to work with HOI. I want my money!! HOI is not good!!

    I hired *** solution back in late December of 2022 to design a website, logo and advertising materials for my business. I paid them $200 on January 14, 2023 to start the Logo and another $550 in March of 2023 to work on the website and nothing has been completed since. I have gone through several designers, at least 5, because they were no longer working for the company. I had to re-explain to them each time what I wanted as far as the logo design and website design and by the time it was time to show me the design the person was no longer working there. I texted and called and it would take days and sometimes weeks before I would get a response. All I am asking for is a refund. I no longer wish to work with this company and they have not provided me with anything that they promised thus far. I have lost so much business because I do not have a website or any advertising materials including a logo that they said they would design. I am asking for your help in this matter. Copies of receipts/ bank statements will be provided upon request. Thank you ************************* **************
