      We took my wife's high-end Theory suit jacket to be dry cleaned at ********** location. It was the first time it was cleaned. When we picked it up and had it home, my wife immediately noticed it had shrunk, even visually. She then tried it on, and it definitely was shrunk. She thought they gave us back the wrong jacket. Additionally, we took it to ************** where it was purchased, and they compared exact jacket and size--another confirmation that it was shrunk.We have been in touch with management, *********, and the owner, *******. They will not respond to our latest messages and have offered no resolution to this issue.Needless to say, we will never do business again with Celebrity Cleaners.

      A Theory ******* women's blazer (wool & elastane) was brought to me (the owner) on 1/16/24 claiming it was shrunk.

      I personally inspected the jacket and the fabric was soft not coarse, the jacket lining & seams lay smooth and nothing was puckered or pulled. If the blazer shrunk due to cleaning, the fabric would be puckered/pulled and the jacket lining and seams would not lay smooth.

      Our onsite master tailor measured the jacket and we pulled up the Theory measurement size chart online. All measurements matched.

      On 1/19/24, ****** (the wife mentioned in this review) texted and called me at 12:25PM. I spoke to her over the phone for 6 minutes and let her know about how the measurements matched the Theory measurement size chart. She responded that she didnt care about the size chart . 

      I let her know that it's not possible for the jacket to be shrunk due to the material condition. The fabric and inside lining were all smooth, not coarse and the seams were not puckered or pulled.  

      I told her that the blazer would be at our ****** location for her to try on. She agreed to stop by on Saturday, 1/27/24 at 10:30AM. Our onsite tailor (*****) and employee (******) were there. ****** called to let me know that the customer arrived to pick up the jacket and try it on. She said the blazer looked fine on the customer. The jacket lays perfectly with no visible shrinkage in the waist, length or sleeves. She said the customer took the jacket and left. 

      We take great pride in our services and have integrity when it comes to any clothing issues. We have been in business for over 30 years and there have been times when we did shrink or damage an item. We have always been fully transparent with our customers and ensured that we compensated the customer for their item.
