First of all I am visually impaired. I had talked with a ****** ******* from Nueyes Technologies. It was stated that if the product does not work for me that i could return for a refund. This was ordered at the beginning of last Oct. After a couple delays I finally received the glasses sometime in Dec. The glasses did not work with my vision, I called ****** and talked with her telling her that I was unable to use them. Included with the order was the glasses and a phone to work the glasses. I asked if I had to delete my wifi network from the phone and she said no. I sent the glasses and phone back and emailed ****** a picture of the tracking information. during the phone call she said once they receive the glasses i must allow ten days for inspection.This was in Jan. I waited the amount of days they said to wait and then emailed ****** asking about the progress of my refund. She says that I would have to email a man named **** that handles the refunds. Ti emailed him and heard nothing for a while. the next time I emailed he emailed me back and said that the fires in ********** were effecting them and they had to shut down for a week. I then waited additional time and then emailed bot **** and ****** only for them to ignore my emails. I have tried to call but no one answers my calls, not even the sales department. I then went to their ******** page and sent them a personal message that they never bothered even looking at but automatically blocked me so I cannot comment nor get a hold of them. they have there product back and have chosen to ignore and block me from getting my refund. I do have supporting emails showing that i have tried to resolve this issue. not sure how to attach emails for you though.Initial Complaint

I ordered an AR Headset for visually impaired people as a trial, paying $2,995. Since it was ineffective, I returned it and requested a refund, but I have not received any response. I will provide the details in chronological order below.On November 15, 2024, I received an email stating that I would receive a full refund during the 60-day trial period, as long as the product was not damaged during usage.The product was shipped on December 17, 2024.Since I did not feel the effect of the product, I returned it, and according to *************, it was delivered to the manufacturer on February 12, 2025. I returned the product in its dedicated case, placed it in three layers of boxes, and included cushioning material in the outermost box.After returning the product, I inquired about the refund on February 14, 2025, but received no response.On February 21, 2025, I called the person in charge, but could not get through, so I sent an email requesting a call back, but received no response.On February 28, 2025, I similarly called and emailed but received no response.On March 2, 2025, I received a call but couldn't answer it. I called back 15 minutes later but couldn't get through. After that, I sent an email requesting information about the refund by email, but received no *********** has been almost a month since I returned the product, and I have not been able to get any communication. If the product had been damaged, I should have received some contact by now, so I can only think that I am being ignored.Initial Complaint

I bought the nueyes pro electronic glasses for $3000. They came three months late. They do not work. I have been trying to reach their tech department for one month now. I leave messages every day. There is no response. I need to send them back and get money back.Initial Complaint

My son purchased the pro 4 glasses in December costing ******* cad. He is on disability and this was the majority of his savings . He was told he could try them out and if not suitable for him a refund would be issued . We were in constant communication with the president and the secretary/sales *** which was so impressive how attentive and supportive they were. Once aware of wanting a refund , we have been given the runaround to now , no communication whatsoever !Initial Complaint

Date of transaction - January 2023 Purchased item - NuEyes E2+ Camera Purpose - assistance for a visually impaired child Problem - The product was of low quality, many problems occured and it did not help the child or deliver the advantages that were advertised.In June 2023 I had initially contacted NuEyes about returning the product and receiving a refund. Initially they were responsive and had committed to provide a refund deducting a 20% restocking fee. On August 31 2023 I shipped the product back, but after inquiring when the refund will be processed they simply stopped responding and from September 2023 until January 2024 they simply ignored my calls and my emails. On January 18 2024, I was then able to get a hold of their support/operations manager which assured me multiple times that the issue will be handled promptly. I have been calling and emailing almost on a weekly basis since then and each time they come up with a different excuse as to why the refund has not been issued. It is all documented over email. This is an expensive product and I require the funds in order to buy my visually impaired child an adequate replacement.Initial Complaint

I am legally blind from Macular degeneration. I contacted Nu eyes Dec 4, 2023 about their E3 + vision assistive device. I submited an inquary thru their website contact form for more information on the product. I was quickly contacted by ***************************, President of Operations.After MANY email exchanges with ****** I agreed to make the purchase for the expected product shipment mid December. She agreed to extend the trial period from 15 to 30 days with full refund. The product did not ship as expected, there was a software problem that needed to be solved. Then was advised expected to to ship early *******. As a 70% disabbled vet I requested to cancel because of the delay and research purchase thru my VA benifets program. Several days later I contacted Nu Eyes to continue with my purchase rather than wait for the delays associated with VA program approvals. Late ******* was advised Softwares updates were almost complete and they expected to ship early February. The product has NOT been received. For over three weeks I have been ghosted. No reply to any calls or emails.I can try to provide email threads as needed. Difficult because of my blindlessBusiness Response
