    I downloaded to app ATM to get a small loan. The app has me link my bank account s and debit cards. Then denied me the loan . When I tried to cancel the membership it won't let me. When I tried to delete my account it wouldn't let me. Now this app is taking my data and has access to my financial accounts and won't let me remove my debit cards or my accounts and won't let me delete my account. I want this account closed. And they won't let me. Now I have to go change all my direct deposits delete my personal account with my bank this app has my information and will not allow me to take any of it off.

    this is a company that offers cash back, games, and small cash advances. I took a cash advance of $25.00 on February 14, 2025 with a $5.00 repayment fee, so I owed them $30.00 on my repayment date of February 21, 2025. As of today, February 26, 2025 the account is still showing no repayment even though I processed this on February 21 and got back the page that confirmed my payment. They don't offer confirmation numbers for payments (my fault for not realizing that in the first place), but I have use them since June 2024 without a problem. This is the first time I've had a problem confirming my repayment. And I have sent 11 messages to their "support team" (if they have one) and have gotten only "waiting for support" or "in progress" for an answer. I want action taken to verify my repayment and want to close my account with **********************.

    I am using the app atm right now on an old phone of mine that the phone number will be turned off soon. I have 20.00 about sitting in the savings part of the investing part of the app. I have been trying to get the 20.00 or so back out of that part so I can close my account down since that phone number will be turned off soon. ATM is very very slow at responding to emails and act very stupid when you say you want your 20.00 back and freed up!!! It is like they are refusing to give me my 20.00 back that I earned on the app that they forced me to at the time to sign up for the stock investing part of the app to continue. I want the about 20.00 sent to my card on file please. Since I need to close the account due to of a phone number change I don't know how much longer I will be able to log on and take the money out!!!
