    Unfortunately, this is a legal matter for Theft of Services. You cant name your price after crew worked for you all day and night, you will be receiving a letter from our attorneys and we will be invoking our Lien Rights with your home location we moved you to and with the county as Theft of Service is illegal. No one works for free!

    I have cancellation notice early fri morning for a Mon morning move date.

    that is 3 days notice.

    your cancellation notice does not state Sat and Sunday as not counting.

    my reason is true and those are boxes I must move and store not for the moving company to move with my items I stated I wanted moved.

    you do not have to like my reasons but they are the truth.

    I gave 72 hrs notice I want my fee refunded.

    her no I only wanted to confirm a cancellation and explained why. She was very terse when, she told me I was on a a recorded line. I said, I knew I was on a recorded line (thecae annoyed and agitated and said I dont give a @@@e system tells you that when you call) and I asked her why she was being so rude. She asked another male listening to the call if she was rude. Of course, he said no. She agin said I had a late fee because I did not give three days notice. I gave three days notice. The appointment was Monday morning, I contacted them Friday morning.I became frustrated and annoyed with the treatment I was receiving and yelled I Dont give a @@@ about your fee and hung up.

    Unfortunately, this was well within our cancellation policy. It would be the same if you book a hotel same day and cancel, or a flight or a movie and do not show up or cancel within the cancelation policy time. The cancellation policy is on our site, and in addition, on every booking confirmation email. As any company that provides service last minute cancellations that cost a company money because its too late to fill the spot that customer booked is a part of any industry. In addition, to calling repeatedly because you don't like that policy will not change our policy or any company for that matter. If you would've moved the date we would've been able to possibly accommodate the request; however, the excuse given was that you couldn't get to the items you wanted moved because boxes were in the way? Moving companys' move boxes next time you need to book a mover. Also in addition, to your cancellation fee you should be aware that we were booked and turned down several moves that wanted your spot earlier in the week. When you're this wishy washy about moving and blame us for poor planning there is really nothing we can do to refund you.

    for any cancellation fee, when 72hrs notice was not given prior to the move date. 3 man move was to start 9am 8/8/2022 @ ****. In addition, rate for 3 man cancellation is $190 per terms. Was only charged 2 man rate for canceling within 72 hours. See attached. 8/5/22 Cst sent email at 9:38 and again is past 72 hours notice. Cst shouldve been charged the $190 cancellation fee as they booked at that rate for 3 man truck. This charge was clearly valid under the terms and conditions and customer was made aware of this as well when they called later on 8/5, again which was still past the cut off time to incur no cancellation.
