    I hired A Plus Process Server to renew a judgment in May of 2024. I was assured they could do it right away. As soon as I paid, he dragged his feet on the filing always assuring me he just needed a few more days. When he finally got around to it, the filing was defective. He was notified by the court that the filing was defective. He then failed to notify me until the court notified me and I challenged him about it. When I called him about it, he said he would fix it. That was months ago, and he hasn't fixed it. In December 2024 he stopped responding to emails. So I sent him an email indicating I would file a complaint. As soon as he received an email where he was going to incur a negative consequence, he then magically started responding and indicating again he needed a few more days. It's now January 2025. He's no longer responding to emails sent to him in January asking him to deliver what he said he would. What should have taken a day or two, didn't take that.
