      SCAM ARTIST!! Management is the worst! They dont fix anything when you need them to. When I moved in the whole apartment was falling apart. Basically they just made everything look pretty rather then fixing the problem.

      I am sorry that you feel the unit you moved into was not to your satisfaction. If you can please contact our office and speak to your property supervisor and provide some details like your address and unit number and details on the specific items you are referencing and some pictures we will attempt to address any issues as soon as possible. For future reference any maintenance related issues or questions should be emailed to ************************************** for the fastest results and response rather than posting a negative review on this site.  We will do our best to address your concerns once we have the details.

      Ive been living at this complex for over 10 years . When the original owners were here they allowed me to have a designated parking spot due to size of my vehicle. When this new company took over they asked us what we wanted moving fwd with the increasing rent . I stated needed my spot . The manager at the time agreed and hasnt been an issue since. Now it seems to be an issue . During this waiting period ive developed medical issues, where my dr gave me a handicap placard. This is now becoming an issue stating they dont have space for a designated spot. *** requires that either a designated spot or a handicap spot is available. Im so tired of going back and forth when ive had this spot for years and previous managers never had an issue with it and I have documentation that that spot has been reserved for me . So disappointed with this issue

      This company has the worst landlord. Last year Mr. ********************** raised us $300 on rent and $300 to match our security deposit. This year he is raising $400 rent and $250 security deposit. His employees are always making mistakes on the paperwork and never keep track of the money we give them for the security deposit. Either that or they steal the money and state we never gave them that deposit. On top of that this year he only gave us a one month notice for the raise. He is inconsiderate, unprofessional and overpricing for what we are getting in this ghetto neighborhood.
