    The issue is I purchased 10 Solar lights and they do not maintain solar charge.   I have tried for over 8 months to  contact the company and their phone is always on busy signal.   I am asking for the amount of $300.00  to compensate me for these defected products.

    Thank you for your inquiry.  Our records show you placed an order on September 16, 2022 order B059827 for $108.09. You have a 30 day warranty as per our website. We have no records of any call, email or other commnunication about your order.  Therefore, since you are past your warranty your request for a refund has been denied.

      i ordered more than once and still did not recieve acceptable products

    A delayed response by customer service does not impact a refund.  However, we have no record of you contacting us within 30 days from your delivery.  We offer our customers multiple ways to contact us - email, phone and chat.  If you have proof of contacting us, please provide it.  Until then, unfortunately we have to deny your refund request.  

    We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on our products as documented on our website.

    Water in the solar sensor.....and does not work anymore

    Five torches were purchased and mounted on our newly renovated home. They worked great for 3-4 months. Now they don't work at all. I want replacements or money back or a fix solution. Absolutely no response to formal complaints to the company.
