    I purchased 5 dozen of their newest ball (cut blue). Id used another of their product (cut grey) & found it to perform well at a good value, so I purchased the blue model based upon previous experience and because of their hype in marketing. Simply stated, the ball is the most inferior golf ball that Ive ever played. It literally cuts and scrapes with every shot. After each hole of play with the first three *****, they were so damaged I had to discard them. The next day I contacted their customer service via email and was told that I had to provide pictures of the damaged *****. When I informed them that Id discarded (common practice, as a ball is not fit for play once cut & scarred), they said it was both their ownerships policy & a requirement of their manufacturer that photos be sent to accompany any claim.,and once sent they would proceed with resolution. Yesterday I went to the practice range & took three of their ***** fresh from boxes and chipped each of them 8 times each from 45 yards with a 69 degree wedge. Each of them was scarred after the first or second chip shot, and they were really unplayable after 8 shots ea. I sent those photos in along with the description of the testing ****************** a *********** of their response - Hi ********,Thank you for providing the photos. Please provide your preferred shipping address and I will forward a request for a courtesy dozen of Cut ******** they put me through all of this just to send me a courtesy dozen of the same ball that I proved to them what they already know. (Just do a bit of research and you will find countless complaints about this ***** lack of durability on ******* and ******* after I purchased 5 dozen of this ball. Oh, and I forgot that they also made me initially provide proof of purchase and a copy of the order number, when clearly they had all of my information already. This company has zero integrity, no moral compass, and no regard for quality and customer satisfaction

    On 12/25/2022, I have received 2 boxes of Cut Golf Red Golf *****. Each Pack containing 24 *****. January 1st, 2023 I used a sleeve and two ***** cracked and one exploded basically. This has happened with 4 golf ***** now since time of purchase. Clearly there is a quality issue that they do not care to address. I have messaged the customer support team and email two times now with no response. I have left direct messages on ******** and Instagram and I have also commented on each post. I have not received any response and its unacceptable. I hate that it has come to this but Cut Golf be better respond to your customers.

    On 3/31/23 I placed a order with cut golf On 4/3/23 I got an email order was on its way On 3/5/23 got an email order was delivered to ********. On 3/5/23 sent an email they delivered to wrong place On 3/5/23 got an email order was still processing label created but wasnt received by **** 4/11/23 checked tracking number said same thing label created not received by **** On 4/11/23 sent email to cancel my order return my money Got an email back saying they had **** to ship my order On 4/18/23 checked tracking said same thing label created package not received by **** 4/18/23 sent email am I ever going to receive my order They replied said we are restocking On 4/24/23 checked tracking still says label created package not received by ****. You cant talk to anyone at cut golf no phone number just email address. I am getting the run around and want my money back. I fell I am never going to see my order. My order number is *****

    I purchased two polos online in October 2022. I order both in a Large and realized the digital receipt said one polo was a small. I emailed them immediately and was told they switched the size in time before it was shipped. I received both items a week later and noticed they had not switched the size and the polo was still a Small. I contacted them on October 28 and requested an exchange for the correct size. They agreed and advised they were sending the correct size and a return label. I have still not received the exchange. The employee I have been communicating with has assured me theyre checking on it and has even looped in their supervisor. I have not heard from any supervisor about this issue. Ive emailed them 10 times and have received no resolution to this. I would like the correct size polo as a resolution to this.

    I placed an order with this company on October 18, 2022 for two dozen golf *****. Unfortunately the golf ***** did not meet the quality that the company promised so I returned them per their satisfaction guarantee policy that they offer. Since then I have followed up for my refund a half a dozen times only to be told each time they would check on it. Beyond that it was a struggle to actually get the prepaid label for the return. I am asking for your help to get my refund processed and to ensure this business offers higher customer service going forward. Thank you you have a great day.
