We have consolidated and enrolled these federal student loans, as agreed upon the signed contract by the client, in the forgiveness program through the Department of Education. The way the forgiveness program has been set up by the government,  Department of Education, once enrolled, it has to get recertified on time. As long as that gets done, the payments will stay at the lower amount instead of standard, and at the end of the term, the remaining balance including all the additional interest will be completely forgiven on behalf of the Department of Education like it was completely paid off. This client has been enrolled in the program and we have recertified the program up until now, to make sure the loans stay on it, to keep the payments at the lower amount. The reason client is not receiving a statement from the servicer, asking for the standard repayment amount which is around $350 per month, is because of our work. If we cancel the work we have done,  the program will reset back to standard terms with the servicer, so payments will go back up to about $350 per month.

I believe this may be a scam. They do not hold to their word on how many payments or how many months we will be at $0 for **** months. They have added additional payments at the last minute, just when you think your finished with the 7 months of payments. These past months I finished paying for my 7-8 months, and was supposed to be at $0 payments for a year, and they are claiming I need to recertify and start paying again just two months later. I will be contacting the fraud department for this company and moving forward towards repayment through a well-known credible company. They also (RED FLAG), tell you not to respond to any letters, calls, or emails!

    To whom it may concern,

We have reviewed the complaint filed by ***************** and have contacted the client to resolve the issue and re-explained our work. It seems like there was a misunderstanding about this situation. Our organization is trained to be thorough, honest, and provide guidance when it comes to federal student loans.
We consolidated these loans, totaling almost $66411, and enrolled them in the forgiveness program as agreed to keep the payments at a much lower amount instead of standard, so the services have been rendered per the client agreement. The forgiveness program is a repayment plan offered through the ********** of ********** existing under the ************************** Act, to lower the monthly payments based on client's income. The way the forgiveness program has been set up by the ********** of ********** it has to be recertified once every year, otherwise the program will expire, and payments will go back to the standard amount. But as long as the program is recertified each year in a timely manner, the payments will stay based on income and family size and at the end of the 240 months, the remaining balance including all the remaining interest will be completely forgiven on behalf of the ********** of ********** Here is a link with more information about this program:
