    Hello,I am the IT Director for 2 ********* Entities. "***** Coastal Bells, LP," and "Columbia Bells, LLC." In February of 2019 we entered into a contract with ZEN Ecosystems for a 5 year term of software, hardware, and phone support for 18 of our ********* Locations. As well as a 5 year term of cellular service for communication to our IOT devices which run our HVAC and lighting systems for our restaurants. After many difficulties with their products which they did try and resolve for sometime. They have finally discontinued support and cellular service for our restaurants, beginning in September of 2022.After many attempts to resolve this issue with them, asking for help or any sort of status update. They neglect to answer emails or return calls. Our restaurants lighting and HVAC systems have been affected greatly due to the fact we have no control over changing or adjusting schedules to save energy. Which is why we decided to go into business with them in the first place. A number of our locations were added in February of 2019, some more later in June and July of 2019. Their contract states that they will provide cellular service and software support 5 years after installation. They are not living up to their contract obligations.I have stated this to them in many emails and correspondence to no resolution or even communication from them as of recently. I would like them to hold up to their original agreement of a 5 year term of support and cell service for our locations. Attached are some original invoices, along with some latest email correspondence. I have detailed emails going back years to show their lack of support to resolve our issues.Thank you,
