    On February 10, I engaged in business with Swift Brandmark. I spoke with their attorneys and agreed to file applications for 4 classifications for my brand name. I was charged $1400 by a company listed as ************. In researching what was filed, they only filed one trademark classification for $350 and completed no other applications. From there they continued to ask me to pay an additional $4K to finalize my applications. This company has scammed me out of my personal savings and does not respond to emails.

    In April of 2024, I wanted to trademark my clothing brands name, "***** ****" and chose Swift Brandmark as I thought it would be a fast, seamless experience. And everything worked out well and seemed ok with the trademark application completed successfully. However recently I wanted to check the progress of the trademark and found that the ***** had not assigned an examiner to my trademark and it was well past their review period range of what trademark applications they were looking at from when they were submitted. Mine was submitted in April 2024, but the ***** had moved on to June 2024 applications. Not too long later I get a call from Swift Brandmark out of the blue and they inform me I need to "resubmit the federal fee" to them by disputing my transactions with my bank (for me I have a ********** account) using an email they sent to me vaguely taking almost no liability nor responsibility but in not specific wording meaning they can argue almost anything to get out from paying the agreed debt. I have attached all proof and evidence I possess to my knowledge, if more is needed I can try to find more but this should be sufficient.
