    $100.00 USA Warranty Solutions $244.78 MEPCO (payment processor for USA Warranty Solutions)These charges are tied to a Home Warranty Policy (#HAS16810821) I was pressured into purchasing. I attempted to cancel within their 30-day cancellation window multiple times but was met with inconsistent requirements and obstructive behavior from the company.I was told:Cancellation could not proceed until all call recordings were *********** account was past due, despite being on auto-pay and never receiving a billing statement.Cancellation required an email, then later a mailed letter.I could only cancel using the phone number on file.Upon speaking with other representatives, I learned many of these conditions were not valid. For example, call reviews are not part of their official cancellation process, and my account was not past due. Auto-pay was active, and the bank attempted a payment on 5/8/2025. I was given inconsistent due dates (5/6/2025 and 5/14/2025). One supervisor confirmed email was sufficient for cancellation, yet another insisted on a mailed request.The representatives were often aggressive and intimidating, leaving me confused. As I dont have email or internet access, I asked my granddaughter, ****** ****, to assist. During the first cancellation call, I gave verbal consent for her to speak on my behalf, and a supervisor, ****** V, acknowledged it. She initially said I needed to email a signed letter of consent authorizing Jordan to speak on my behalf, but later changed her position, demanding a notarized Power of Attorney.I made every good-faith effort to cancel within the stated window and complied with each new instruction. To date, USA Warranty Solutions has failed to acknowledge or confirm the cancellation.
