    this company is a fraud. Facts to support this statement:1. on 12/12/23 they charged me $498 stating that this charge will cover my Norton 360 and their support services for 3 years. Now, in July 2024 Norton is charging me their regular yearly fee and they do not know or affiliated with Techsvite, LLC.2. Their website is listed as fraudulent by Malware and recommended against opening it 3. Hours of operation listed as 24 x 7 - lie. They do not answer support phone after hours, as I was explained by agent, **** **** : 9 - 6 pm EST. I talked to this agent today, 7/16/24 at 12:30 pm EST. 3. I was denied refund based of the false advertisement that their fees cover both ****** and their support fees - $498 for 3 years of support. The reason for denial - limited cancellation after 15 days of payment. Summary: fraudulent company , false advertisement about nature and details of their fees. Inconsistencies between oral conversation statements and their listed statements about website, hours of operations and billing details.
