    My insurance gives me 99 hours with Papa Pal. it took three months to get the first successful visit.
    The person that came was very kind but she was older than I am I’m in my late 60s and was from as many physical challenges as I was. I was looking for a helper and made that clear not a visitor.
    I wasn’t comfortable asking this person to do basic, or minor housekeeping tasks. Things that I can no longer do for myself she was physically not capable.
    I called in and tried to get someone else, and they were never able to fulfill the visit. I still have more than half my hours and we’re at the end of the year.
    Today yet another failed visit. They don’t even call you to tell you no one’s going to show up it’s up to you to chase them down.
    I’ve had multiple calls supervisors and still no help. Will be filing a complaint with my insurance company. They’re still offering the service next year, but there really isn’t any service.
