4/3/23 J*** ******* was performing work on our 4plex of apartments. Replacing windows to be specific. He brought his 100+ lb Cane Corso to work with him, used a long chain to chain him up to a water faucet and allowed his dog to jump on, scrape and damage our vehicle in multiple areas. He failed to correct his dog’s behavior or notify my husband and I of the damage done. He tried to wipe off damages with his tshirt and left the job site. We have video footage from our Ring cameras with evidence of the dogs behavior and him knowing the dogs doing and trying to rid the evidence by wiping it off. The dogs chain alone scraped so much of the rear of the car it’s unreal. We contracted him via text and phone call to discuss the damages and he refused to have a conversation over the phone. We wanted for the following day, today 4/4/23 for him to arrive to show and discuss damages. He had no interest really in looking at the damages done to the vehicle, did not own up to his dogs doings and did not even apologize for the damage. He got aggressive after walking away from our conversation. He continued to talk shit to my husband and I as he walked away. He felt the need to ask multiples times if we were going to keep pressing the issue as he decided to walk back towards us in a threatening manner like he wanted to fight. I will add I am 7 months pregnant and his actions caused my blood pressure to be 170/90. My OB appointment was 10/15 minutes following this incident. I recorded the whole incident. J*** ******* refused to give us his insurance information and again left the job site today with no accountability for the damage done to our vehicle. We have Ring camera footage of the damages and of his threatening behavior.
