    Tried to work with this business in a very desperate and devastating natural disaster peroid in our lives... offered payment for only an estimate. They said no payment necessary yet still never gave one. They stopped communicating and ghosted me for 3 weeks after promising to give it, Yet never did. Not interested in working with me I guess and they should have said so. I waiting 4 months, nothing.
    So I left a one star review on Google. They contacted me asking me asking why. So I told them why and asked them to not contact my phone number. The owner continued to text me 7 more times, threatened my husband, and told me that I'm "dodging a bullet". If it continues I'll also be filing a civil harrassment lawsuit. I've blocked the number but texts go to a hidden folder and calls go to voice-mail so he can still contact me. I've text him 3 times not to contact my number.

    It's unfortunate you have chosen to go this route and even go as far to make fake accounts to leave multiple 1 star reviews and slander my company on the internet.
    I'm sorry to hear about your financial troubles with your home, but once we heard that you were already working with a contractor and only using us to write up a bid (since you needed to submit 3 bids) we simply chose not to associate with you any further. As a contractor, we have the option of deciding who we want to do business with, just as homeowners have that same choice. You were clearly upset by this.. as i have said before- we in no way, shape or form, had anything to do with your financial denial from fema. There are literally 100+ other contractors you could have gotten your bids from. To blame us for your financial troubles is a bit strange and as we have said before, we clearly did dodge a bullet when we decided not to do business with you, as shown from your actions.

    They did construction on our street and made a complete mess of everything. The crew he hired was awful, did not feel safe with them around. He (the manager) hardly was on the job directing his crew and they completely destroyed the driveway. They had a small tractor and tore up the front yard. Chopped down a 50+ Elm Tree without a permit. The "manager" fought with the owner verbally and the owner fired him. Very bad workmanship. The owner hired a new contractor and they had to gutted the entire house out and start over again with a new contractor. Would never ever hire Shenkman Construction.
