    I called Anytime Fitness Nipomo and asked if I could cancel my membership because I haven’t been able to come in for months because I care for my husband endstage kidney failure and my sister stage 4 metastatic cancer. I think his name was Steve said I could freeze my account but not cancel unless I pay half fees which my contract isn’t up until 7/26. I just can not go and can not afford to pay.

    want the cancel membership.i asked to cancel in the first week and employee s made fun of me...when I signed up I mentioned I had an injury and the lady still signed me up.all I wanted was a 7 day pass and now ive been getting charged since October.ive noticed an extra charge.supoosovely its 29.99 and once every two weeks it jumps to 39.99 to 45.99.amd I don't get that..im getting charged up the ass akd I haven't gome to gym.maybe 2 visits.my first dau i went i got injured and the proof is in cameras.when I called the next day they made funny of me and was put on speaker.ot was embarrassing.i have anxiety and depression and I honestly felt like shit..one mocked me as I was hamging up.the vibe has been awkward when i try to call akd cancel.i know they cant force me to have membership.i was on a lot of pressure by girl who signed me up.littpe dod i onow i signed up for a year.,7 day free pass to a 1000 dolla debt.whata hell.im in debt

    Was sent this by manager of anytime fitness.they took so long to respond to me and now I have to pay cancelation fee If anytime fitness responded to me on that first week I signed up then I wouldn't of needed to be dealing with this.i can't afford a cancellation fee right now.i got injured my first day at gym and there's cameras with proof on their end, but I didn't go to hospital since I have a big bill already from last hospital bill.i was nice not to do a injured complaint or fight this since they literally signed me up with an injured wrist. They did not ask for any paperwork.
