    On 2/4/25 I ordered and paid for 1 item from Royal Jacket. Bin number#RJ-6025. Tracking number #YWBZ 2*********. Royal Jacket related to me that they were in the act of processing my order, which has never arrived as today's date is 2/27/25. They also related that the item that I paid for and ordered would arrive within 7 to 10 business days which did not take place.

    I ordered Dwayne Johnson WWE SportCrocs Crocband Clogs Shoes Comfortable For Men Women Size 8 women (US) on 10/26/2024. They arrived on 11/13/2024. As soon as I opened them I knew they weren't right. Turns out they have wrong EU sizes to US size on their website. Women size 8 US is 39 not 41 .I immediately reached out about the size but there is an issue with the graphics on both shoes. They look like the graphic barely took.I sent pictures and the correct size number. I didn't hear back. I sent a message through the website too. They sent me a message back saying that my order was delivered. I was extremely upset because that had nothing to do with the issue. I resent my initial email. They answered back days later about resending pictures (3rd time). It was days not hearing back I tried calling several times but the number just rings. Ive sent a final email 11/29. I can forward any/all emails. I'm including pictures of my receipt, both shoes and a shoe conversion. Please let me know if you need anything further. Thank you so much for your assistance.

    date of transaction: 10/24/2024 Miami Dolphins down jacket 3x $93.95 I ordered two down jackets on this date. The zipper does not work on this jacket. I sent them video to prove the issue. They sent it to their production department on 11/21/24, and I have heard nothing from them since. I just want my money back.
