    In April of this year, we engaged So Cal Coatings and Restoration to install an epoxy floor in our garage. We were told that the epoxy would not lift after the appropriate curing period, which we observed. After that time period elapsed, we began reinstalling items which had been in the garage previously, including plastic tubs and a blue Ikea bag. When we moved the bag and tubs later, we found that a blue and white residue remained on the floor. Both me and my partner have reached out multiple times to the vendor to utilize the warranty on the work, which is supposed to cover these sorts of issues. He has once responded that he would call me back, but never did. He has consistently eight separate calls and texts unreturned. Note: the vendor forwarded the warranty uncompleted, but I have also attached an email from him with the warranty as an attachment. I have attached photos, a call / text log, and the warranty which the vendor provided for their work. We would like our money back so that we can have a more qualified vendor perform the work.
