    I purchased a "Naxeon I Am" motorcycle form Turbo Powersports on April 13, 2025 for $6999 financed with Bread Pay and observed an "on it's way" status on their online tracker on April 17th, 2025. After several days of calling with no tracking or VIN number provided, ****** ****** finally explained the shipping process, and offered to ship it on Monday, April 28th, which I would pay some amount for. On Monday 4/28 I was only forwarded an email asking the shipper, 2j's Auto Transport, to notify me of any updates, of which I never received any. On May 8th I was informed my bike was being picked up, and given a phone number the next day for the supposed driver that turned out not to have my bike. I contacted ****** again on the 12th, and did not receive a phone number until the 23rd of May for another driver who picked up the bike on Monday, May 19th and allegedly had his truck break down, so my shipment allegedly did not move until May 27th. On 5/28 I received a message form the driver with a picture and him asking me not to contact him further which I thought was strange. Throughout all of this I kept being told I would get my motorcycle the following week, yet it kept being delayed. On 5/30 I allowed a final chance for it to be delivered by Thursday 6/5 or the order would be canceled, and no return fees payed given the poor service, to which ****** agreed. The date passed, so I cancelled on 6/5 and ****** said he would process cancellation. He has not done so, and I await my refund and cancellation of the loan which is something that must be done on his end. I have reached out and received no response yet. Through this whole process, responses were sparse, I never got a VIN or tracking number, and never given any assurance that my bike was truly on the way, so I would like him to cancel the loan and give a full refund. Every time I called there was a new excuse for their delays and lack of response.

    Purchased a E-Bike PRO , was told it was the model I was looking for, even have the invoice and dmv paperwork stating its that model. But just got notification from someone who knows well about these bikes, told me its a complete different model talked to the owner *** but he declined to give refund or exchange of the correct model

    Description of Issue with Blazer I2K Go Kart Purchase On 11/18/2024, I purchased a Blazer I2K Go Kart after confirming with the sales department that it would arrive mostly assembled, requiring only installation of the battery and mirrors. Based on this assurance, I placed my order.After no updates the next day, I contacted sales and was told ****** would follow up. When he did, he explained the Go Kart would not be fully assembled unless I paid an additional $327 for assembly and delivery via car hauler. Since I lacked the means to assemble it myself, I paid the extra fee.Despite this, I received no tracking information and had to call daily for updates, repeatedly being told it would ship the next day. Once shipped, I had to coordinate directly with the car hauler for delivery updates.The Go Kart arrived on 12/04 at 8 PM. The next morning, I noticed the canopy was missing. I contacted ****** on 12/05, and he assured me a replacement would be sent, but I have not received it.Shortly after, the power cord to the battery burnt out, but I was able to use a spare cord included in the package. I then noticed a crack in the front bumper and paint damage on the railing, possibly caused during transport when the canopy came off.When I contacted ****** again, I received a message from his wife saying they couldnt address my issues due to his illness (double pneumonia). I also reached out to the *************** where the Go Kart was built, but they refused to help, stating the dealer needed to resolve my *********** issuesincluding the missing canopy, damaged bumper, and poor customer supportremain unresolved despite my efforts.

Our team was in contact with Mr. ******* through out the process unfortunately for unknown circumstances team members came down with virus some team members where hospitalized. We take every order serious here at Turbopowersports.  Our team reach out to ************ place the order for canopy. For some unseen reason the order was lost or misplaced. Our Team informed Trail Master in ** to please send the Canopy to Mr. ******** Canopy was sent out ******* was  deliver to Mr. ******** We have placed  an order for scratch hood,   has soon as it arrives our team  will ship it to Mr. ********  Turbopowersports works hard to  answer customers in a timely manner. Our team would  Like to thank Mr. ******* for his order and patience on this matter.
