  I must say at first I thought Thrive formally known as SLAC was a scam. I stepped out on faith and called them about 5yrs ago and they have been nothing but the best in guiding me on this journey. They are very professional and willing to go the extra mile to assess your file and help you achieve the best outcome with your student loans. I've had two caseworkers and my final caseworker was the one person whom I originally started with I believe. I can't begin to put into words how she was always encouraging and every time I received an update I would send it to her and we would schedule a call to discuss and prepare for the next action to be taken. Well, I can say today there are no more actions to be taken as my student loans are FORGIVEN. I promise you they are worth it and this is not a scam. If you are not sure about your student loans or need some guidance please give them a call.

  I am a product of success through SLAC/THRIVE. I had an excellent Caseworker; *****************************. I am thankful for the Lord *************************** me with her. Shes the reason I was able to be patient, she was encouraging and compassionate. Her professionalism is extraordinary, where exemplifies her concern for her clients. I couldnt have waited with peace and patience for 1+ years for my PSLF Loan Discharge if I didnt have ***************************** as my Caseworker. ******** is the BEST!! Shes definitely an asset for SLAC/THRIVE!! If you are able to request a caseworker that will stick with you through thick and thin that will give laughter and a smile on your face during the unexpected events that *** happen during your time with your Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) please request for *****************************!!!And in my ending I am so glad that the Lord blessed me to find SLAC/THRIVE; this organization has truly, truly been a help for me when I was unable to pay the amount under the Income Driven program that Federal Student Loans offers. This was truly a blessing; and working with ***************************** over the years was just the Cherry on Top of my Sundae!!!??

  I worked with SLAC since 2015. Their representatives were helpful and responsive. They took so much stress off of the situation of dealing with the ********** of ********** With their management of my program, I finally earned forgiveness on my student loans based on my work in public service.   I can not tell you enough, what a great company this. When you hear Federal government everything gets scary. They took the time to explain and make I felt confident in their process and that they are more than capable. I have been with S.L.A.C now THRIVE for a while and I never had to worry what was going to happen. I would refer family and friends or anyone who needs help with their student loans. Veronica was awesome, professional, punctual and knowledgeable, she is a wonderful person. Thank you again for you help and guidance.

It has not been an easy road now going on our 10th year in business! But we have learned and grown, and our focus remains the same, put our customers first. You signed up with us in May 2015.   We are extremely pleased with the service we received throughout the last several years. The staff was very informative and helpful and always attempting to assist us in every way possible. We just received notification that our Student Loans were forgiven yesterday, and we are so appreciative of all the assistance we received from S.L.A.C. We would recommend this program to anyone who is in need of help with their student loans.

  I started on this journey of repaying my Federal Student Loan after graduation. I worked with several companies including Sallie Mae and Navient. I made my payments religiously, and some where along the line I was introduced to SLAC, that would assist me in getting my loan forgiven. I embarked on the journey in faith, because I knew it was impossible for me to repay such a big loan during my lifetime. The staff at SLAC was very helpful, cordial, and knowledgeable. Michelle has been with me the longest. She guided and supported me throughout the entire journey. I followed her directions and that made the process seamless. Today, August 19, has been the best day of my life. Michelle informed me that my FED loans have been forgiven. I am eternally grateful to Michelle and the other awesome staff members at SLAC. You have no idea of how it feels. A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you very much SLAC.

  I cant remember how I discovered your agency. I recall I my loans were with Sallie Mae. When I talked to an agent in 2016 he told me what my initial fee would be. I simply paid it and served the students at my school year after year. I had 3 or 4 agents who worked on my behalf in the 6 and half year process. All I had to do was make my monthly payments and submit my yearly paper work to receive credit for my student loans. All the while SLAC worked on my behalf with FedLoan! I am in awe of the fact the my loans are forgiven! Thank you SLAC and I will review your agency to friends of mine! SLAC is 5 star in my book!

  We sure do remember you! You have been with us for years! So many consumers have heard about loan forgiveness programs but many people did not understand how they worked. They would call their loan servicer and get wrong information. They would not file their annual paperwork. Some didn't even know if they worked for the proper agency that would allow them to qualify for the benefits under the PSLF program. All we did was give you as we have many other clients of ours the right information. We made sure we got the right documentation filed for you, made sure your loans were eligible, made sure you made the proper payments, and each year we assisted you in filing your recertification application properly and on time. You trusted us for years and now you are benefitting from the program that the DOE offered you. We just were here to guide you along the way. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you.
