    I had this shop do my transmission fluid change. I dropped off tge car on Monday and they had the car until Friday and told me it will be done. On Friday when i went to pick up My car it wasnt done. They said they changed the fluid and filter but transmission was leaking. They did not bother to call and let me know. Then they told me to cone back On Saturday and it will be ready. When i came on Saturday at noon as they told me no one was tgere. I called and texted them but no one answered. I waited two hours and they showed up but the owner *********** ****** was angry at his wife and got out of the car and slammed the car door almost braking the window. Then went inside and made me wait another hour to tell me that my car wasnt ready. So I left very disappointed. They told ne to come back on following Tuesday which i did and they said car was ready and no more leaks. I was happy and paid for their service and drove off. After 30 miles drive my car stRted shaking and transmission went into limp mode and I barely made it back home. I called *********** on his private cell phone to tell him about the issue but he was denying that it was their fault and that he has nothing to do with the problem. I told him that I will then take my car to **** dealership and have them figure out the issue and I will send him a bill. He then told me in upset to e to bring a car back and he will look at it. Car was also was leaking fluid out of transmission. I was busy with work and couldnt bring the car back that same week but i went on Friday June 6th at 2:45pm to drop it off and he got mad at me for bringing the car and complaining about the issue and kicked the trash can that then hit his dog and he came in my face almost hitting me telling me to Leave his shop before he kills me. I then called police and have a police report about the incident . i dont feel safe going back to that place and would like him to refund my money so I can take my cars elsewhere to get it fixed

    CUSTOMER BROUGHT **** FOR SERVICE ALONG WITH HIS OWN PARTS.  TRANSMISSION FLUID CHANGE WAS PERFORMED AND SEAL CUSTOMER BROUGHT US WAS NOT SEALING PROPERLY. WE THEN ADDED SILICONE TO ENSURE SEAL.  CUSTOMER LEFT AND STATED IT WENT INTO LIMP MODE AFTER ABOUT 30M MINUTES OF DRIVING AND THERE WAS A LEAK.  WE TOLD HIM TO BRING IT BACK AND WE WILL DIAGNOSE.  HE SAID HE WILL TAKE IT TO AUDI.  HE THEN MEASSAGED ALMOST A WEEK LATER AND SAID IT WAS FINE, SOMETHING HAD COME UNPLUGGED AND HE PLIUGGED IT BACK IN AND RESET THE SYSTEM WITH NO ISSUE. HE ALSO SAID IT WAS NO LONGER LEAKING.  ABOUT 2 WEEKS LATER HE CAME IN AND SAID IT WAS LEAKING AGAIN AND NOT SHIFTING PROPERLY. WE TOLD HIM WE CAN INSPECT AND REPAIR THE ISSUE IF NECESSARY. 

    HE THEN ASKED ABOUT THE MUSTANG, A SEPARATE VEHICLE WE WERE WORKING ON, AND WE EXPLAINED THE WORK HE WANTED US TO DO WAS COMPLETELY UNSAFE AND WE CANT DO THIS.  HE SAID HE WILL SIGN A WAIVER SAYING HE WONT HOLD US RESPONSIBLE BUT WE SAID NO.  HE THEN GOT ANGRY AND SAID WE SHOULD HAVE TOLD HIM SOONER EVEN THOUGH WEVE BEEN TELLING HIM ITS NOT A SAFE VEHICLE FOR MONTHS.  BAR ALSO TOLD HIM THIS. ONCE HE BECAME IRATE, WE TOLD HIM TO LEAVE AND HE THEN CALLED THE POLICE AND FILED THIS COMPLAINT.  WE NEVER TOLD HIM WE WOULDNT WORK ON HIS VEHICLE OR DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE WITH THE AUDI  EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THE PART HE BROUGHT US THAT FAILED BUT WE WILL NOT TOLERATE RUDENESS OR THREATS.
