In October of 2023, after a stressful year due to some medical emergencies in my family, I found myself hitting rock bottom with my health. I was the heaviest Id ever been, mobility was becoming painful, and I felt trapped in my body. My sister encouraged me to invest in my health by working with a personal trainer which is how I met ******. Fast forward 7 months and Ive lost 8 inches off my waist 4 inches off my hips and and 73 pounds! I have more energy, and Im able to move around during the day without as much pain. ****** is patient, supportive and willing to meet you where you are. I appreciate her adapting workouts to my level of function while still challenging me to get stronger. I have some joint issues that I am working through and each month she incorporates mobility exercises into my routine. Its been a pleasure partnering with her on this journey. She is a Godsend and signing up to work with her is one of the best health decisions Ive ever made!
