    We rented two jet skis after driving the jet skis approximately 3 minutes from the loading dock to where we set up our tent one jet ski had the check engine light on the other one was beeping constantly and the over heating icon was flashing. We paid 480 dollars to rent the jet skis until 6pm. We pick up the jet skis at approximately 10:40am, we had to fuel up the jet skis ourselves and arrived at the lake at approximately 11:50 am. We road the jet skis less than 5 minutes and the malfunctions started. One jet ski was over heating and smoking almost immediately the other jet ski check engine light came on and was flashing. I made my first call regarding our concerns at 12:27 PM. My sister and I called about 20 times before we got ****** on the phone. He advised us that they forgot to turn the maintenance light off, to keep riding the jet ski it is fine. He also advised us to continue driving the one that was clearly overheating and smoking, telling us it was just because of the hot weather. It continued to over heat just sitting not being driven at all. My nephew drove the one with the check engine light and it malfunctioned. It started making a loud noise and smoking real bad. He had to get tow back to shore. After telling us multiple times to keep driving them and us responding that we were uncomfortable do so, ****** finally sent someone to check the jet skis. They took the jet skis out of our possession at approximately 1:45pm and at that time insinuated we did something to break the jet skis. We've call and text excessively before even getting a response. It is now Thursday and we have not received a full refund. In fact ****** told my sister we broke one of the jet skis and he is refusing to send back the deposit, even after admitting we were not the cause of one of the jet skis malfunctioning.
