    Xtreme Wheels & Tires put new rear tires on my 2021 Lexus. The next day all sorts of brake-related ABS warning lights go off on my dashboard. I take it back to Xtreme Wheels and the technician who performed the work played clueless, showing me the **** stems read "good". I had to take it to Lexus dealership where I bought the car to inspect and diagnose the issue. My car was there for 3 weeks. Lexus report indicates that through human error, the wheel speed sensor to the right rear wheel was pulled or yanked, which pulled pins out of the clamshell connector device causing a weak signal reading to and from that wheel. This negligence and mishandling costed me $1138 in order for Lexus to restore my car to its prior state- an expense which they refuse to acknowledge as their responsibility. Unqualified and unskilled technician associated the warning lights with (perhaps) "puddles of water" getting up inside of the wheel near the sensor. Really? Since when could wheels/tires not handle rainy or water? After paying $1100 and being without my car for a month, Xtreme Wheels denies liability, but offers to reimburse me the price of the tires ($410) "just to make me happy". Additionally, I was advised that if I paid cash, I would not have to pay taxes for the new tires. By the way, congratulations on your newly acquired BBB accreditation status.
