On August 1st, 2022 I booked an appointment online for a haircut and beard trim later that day. At 10AM I revieved a text message from the barber claiming he had double booked and requested I move to the following day at 12PM. I agreed and he said he would only charge me for the cut and no beard trim.

The next day I left for the barber shop and notified the barber I would be approximately 2-3 minutes late, which I was arriving at 12:03. I received no response and there was no one at the barber shop. Locked and closed. I texted at 12:05 asking if they were closed or if he was working. When I received no response I called and got forwarded to voicemail. I returned home and texted again at 12:49 requesting they drop the credit card hold of $86.00 they placed on my account Monday morning.

It's now Saturday, the charge went thru and I've now had to file a dispute with my credit card carrier which may not actually refund my money. In the ****** reviews there was a similar experience left by another individual where a noon appointment was setup and no one was there to take the appointment. I fear this is a scam of sorts and they are fraudulently taking people's money using their online portal but not actually following through with the service.
