    The company advertises a "/$45 lockout special," with a technician arrival time of 1020 minutes and a promise of transparent pricing. None of these commitments were honored.The technician arrived after 28 minutes. Upon arrival, he quoted me a price of /$196more than four times the advertised amount. When I called the company for clarification, I was told a manager would return my call, but no one ever followed up.The technician claimed he could not open my door without drilling the lock and said it would cost /$220, but that he would "do it for /$196." His demeanor was rude and unprofessional, and communication was difficult. I agreed to the drilling because I needed to get inside my home.After completing the job, the technician left metal shavings, lock parts, and other debris scattered on my front porch for me to clean up. I attempted to pay with my **************** card, but he stated they do not accept ***** policy not disclosed in advance. When I called the company again, I was again told a manager would contact me. No one did.He pressured me to use Zelle instead, which I declined due to security concerns. He continued to act dismissively, even complaining about my metal card, saying it was too thick and lacked tap-to-pay. Once the payment went through, he abruptly left without a word.This experience was misleading, overpriced, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I am requesting a partial refund in alignment with the advertised rate and a formal apology for the technicians conduct.

    On 4/30/2024 *** came to my home to change a lock and door k*** on my balcony door and door k*** on my storage unit. He initially told me it would be $375. After he did the work he told me the total is $435. Before he started the work he told me each door would cost $150. When you add $300 plus the service fee of $29 and $31 in taxes the total is $360. I would like a $75 refund.
