    On January 13, 2023 at 7:54 PST, $670.72 was stolen from my EBT benefits and used at this business. I have never been to ********** ever and my card was in my possession when it was used. Based on ****** reviews and looking them up on other platforms, they have been stealing EBT benefits from many people.

    We read your complaint, and we answer that, yes, this is a problem we had, because of which we lost our good name and, thanks to recalling us, our business suffered by 90%. The company apologizes for the inconvenience, we worked according to the general rules that exist in trade. If the client's card is a credit card, then we will definitely check the *** but in the case of a debit and other cards that have a pin code, we are not entitled to check the documents. We are very sorry that you lost this amount, our company lost much more, this name, customers and rating. Thank you

    I live in ******** never been to ********** in my life and on 12/28/22 at 7:01 pm they aloud my ebt card to be charged $237.81 without me ever knowing it was done. I read in reviews that this happened more then once there contact with ebt.

    Every customer who uses an *** card at this store must enter a pin code upon swiping the card. The store cannot monitor or identify transactions if the *** credentials/pin code have been compromised, which likely was the case with respect to this transaction. We encourage customers to contact *** with such complaints.
