    I paid for a service and product for my wedding in November of 2021. The service was videography and the product was wedding footage. I paid a total of $733.00 for my wedding footage. I have contacted the business/videographer multiple times via phone(multiple voicemails left), e-mail and text message to understand why I haven't received my video. I didn't hound or press the situation because I didn't want any conflict with the videographer/business in hopes that they were just really unorganized or really behind schedule in editing the footage. I haven't heard from the business/videographer for months at a time, and when they have replied to me they have said that they "have my video, I'll send the link right over!" they have never called me back it has only been via text message or email. This is extremely upsetting because not only have I not received something that I have paid for but they are taking away memories from me and my family from that very special day. Sadly my grandfather, who is no longer with us, is in that footage and that was the last time I saw him before he passed. My father who is suffering from short term memory loss, has little recollection of that day. So this video is very dear to me and the business/videographer has done nothing on their end to show me that this will be resolved with me getting that footage. More that anything I would like that video but if that isn't going to happen I would at least like a full refund of the $733.00. More importantly I want that video and those memories.
