      I purchased a full custom exhaust system from them on march 3, 2022with the total cost being ********** made in 2 payments. An initial deposit of ***** on march 3rd and the remainder paid on completion march 21st. They made many, many mistakes causing me to have to go back and have them fix it on, I believe, 2 more occasions. After still being unhappy, I wanted a refund. The agreement we came to was I would be refunded all costs except for cost of parts and tax (totally around ***** on May 17, 2022. I was hoping that would be the end of it. However, I just went under my car and was poking around on December 9th, 2022 and discovered they left the bracket securing my gas tank unbolted. Which means since I first picked up the car and for the last 9 months I have been driving in a ****** dangerous car. At any moment my gas tank could have dropped from under my vehicle. I'm thanking god that I discovered this and nothing happened. I warned them before dropping the car off as well, noting that a bolt was shared between the exhaust bracket and the gas tank and to make sure it was left secured. This is wildly irresponsible of them. I would like the remainder of my money back ,as well as a reimbursement from Fantazy to pay for me going to another shop to have my exhaust fully redone and have said other shop make sure the car is safe for the road.
