    I placed an order on 11/24 and was supposed to pickup on 11/26. I cancelled my order and was told I would not be charged since I didnt pick it up. But then on 11/26 they charged my card *****. I spoke with the store and they said I should have my refund in 7-10 days. Its now been 15 days so I contacted the store again on 12/11 and they acknowledged Im owed a refund but said they cant do anything. So I called the corporate customer service and they also acknowledged Im owed a refund and said they cant do it and that the store has to do it. I told them my only option is to file complaints at this point and they told me to do just that and thats what I need to do to get my refund. It all seems very ridiculous to me that they cant just refund my money and have not been straightforward about it. I dont think its ok for a company to charge a card on a cancelled order and then hold my money for now over 2 weeks and to tell me I need to file complaints and dispute the charges to get a simple refund for something they never provided. I just want my money back.

    Hi , this was sent to Honeybaked ham  ********** locations and not the correct store in ************ , but we still reached out to the customer letting him know we would refund him that amount back on his credit card . He told us that  his credit card company had refunded him already and that he appreciated the call back . I also told him that he needed anything from the ************ store to let me know and I would make sure that location would take care of him.

    ON NOVEMBER 26, 2022, I PURCHASED A HONEY BAKED HAM. THE HAM WAS REFRIGERATED FOR THE HOLIDAY. ON THANKSGIVING, UPON UNWRAPPING THE HAM AND CUTTING INTO IT, I NOTICED THAT THE HAM WAS NOT GOOD, IT WAS BLACK ON THE INSIDE. THE HAM WAS THROWN AWAY, AND I CONTACTED THE BUSINESS TO NO AVAIL.
